Hi, I'm Dani Childress.

Business coach, strategic advisor, and fractional COO helping entrepreneurs at every stage build sustainable, scalable businesses.

My passion is simple: helping entrepreneurs grow.

For the past five years, I've worked alongside venture-backed founders, established business owners, nonprofit leaders, and first-time entrepreneurs—providing the strategic guidance, operational systems, and executive coaching they need to scale with clarity and confidence.

Here's what I've learned: Running a business is fundamentally different than the craft that inspired it. You might be an exceptional technologist, designer, consultant, or service provider—but building the business around your expertise requires different skills. That's not a weakness. That's just reality.

I've partnered with VC-backed startups implementing AI-powered operations and scaling from seed to Series B.
